Italy Made Easy may have started as a solo project by Manu Venditti, but today it has blossomed into a vibrant, international team. To understand how the platform produces so much high-quality content – from YouTube videos to the comprehensive “From Zero to Italian” course – you have to meet the small but dedicated group of people who make it all happen.

Who makes up the Italy Made Easy team?

At the heart of the daily operations is Alessia, the Project Manager. Having started years ago by simply transcribing YouTube videos, she quickly proved to be a reliable and “zen” presence. Today, she manages the entire team and oversees the complex logistics of product launches. Her ability to be succinct and calm in stressful moments makes her the glue that holds the various projects together.

Working closely on the educational side is Cristiana, the “Grammar Boss“. A former teacher and historian from Trieste, Cristiana brings a structured, traditional approach to Italian grammar. Together with Manu, she researches and refines the lessons, ensuring that the content is accurate but also simplified for students to avoid confusion.

The student success team

One of the most unique aspects of Italy Made Easy is the inclusion of Cristian, the only non-Italian member of the team. As an Australian who successfully mastered Italian, he provides an invaluable perspective: the “learner's eye“. He oversees student success and ensures that the teaching methods actually solve the specific problems that English speakers face when learning the language.

For those who practice their speaking skills, there are also dedicated tutors like Giada and Michela:

  • Giada: Based in Sicily, she is known for her sweetness and formal, patient approach.
  • Michela: Based in Bologna (with Argentinian roots), she brings a multicultural flair to her video chats and is famously patient with students of all levels.

A global support network

Beyond the main educational team, there is a whole network of specialists working around the clock:

  • Alex: The programmer in Russia who keeps the platform running smoothly.
  • Mirko: The sound technician in Italy who ensures the podcasts sound professional.
  • Media Experts: Dedicated editors and specialists for YouTube and Facebook who help optimize content for the community.
