"Video Testimonial" Contest Rules

By participating in this “Video Testimonial Contest,” you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility:
To enter, participants must submit a video testimonial sharing their personal experience with Italy Made Easy. The video should describe how the platform has impacted your Italian learning journey and how it has helped you use the language. The video should be in English (you can add a quick sample of your Italian at the end).
Only video testimonials submitted through the official questionnaire link will be considered.
Entries must include 100% completion of the questionnaire and submission of all required videos.

- How to Enter:
Submit your video testimonial using the form linked in the email. All submissions must be received by April 20th. By submitting your video, you automatically enter the contest and agree to have your video featured on our social media channels, YouTube, and websites.
- Winner Selection:
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will have the choice between two prizes:
– 1 year of access to our platform, which you can use for yourself or gift to a friend,
OR
– The complete collection of all 17 volumes of the print edition of Italy Inspired Magazine.
The winner's name will be communicated via email. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
- Content Rights:
By submitting your video, you grant Italy Made Easy Limited the full rights to use, edit, and reproduce your video, images, audio, and any transcriptions of your testimonial for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on social media platforms, YouTube, our website, and other marketing channels.
- Consent:
By participating, you agree to allow Italy Made Easy Limited to feature your video testimonial across various platforms. You waive any right to review or approve the use of your video or its content in these materials.
- Organizer:

- Privacy:
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of this contest and to notify the winner. It will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for contest administration.
