As always we would like to share an extra tip with you! Why not accompany it with a delicious mascarpone cream? This combination is typical of Italian cuisine; finding panettone and mascarpone cream is common in Italian families. Yes, even with panettone you can make a scarpetta (in this case with a piece of panettone, it means to collect the seasoning and clean the plate)!

The mascarpone cream is quick and easy to make: all you need is some egg yolks, sugar, water and obviously the mascarpone.

Prepare the syrup by bringing water and sugar to the boil, meanwhile whip the pasteurized egg yolks with an electric whisk.

Combine the two mixtures, always mixing with the whisk, then add the mascarpone a little at a time, mixing delicately from top to bottom. View? The cream is already ready! Remember: it should be served cold.
